The app for after hours pick up was slow and a bit annoying. Eventually I got it to work but took a half hour to finish. The oil change warning popped up immediately. I was only driving 27 miles total so I notified the office the next morning and he said he would take care of it. Van was clean and ready to go other than that.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkNothing I can think of.
NEVILLE WThe charged rental fees were twice the amount predicted. The clarity on extra charges and expectation for gas refill was not clear. The mobile pick up app did not work well. The return was frustrating. I don't know if that is a rental location issue or an overall corporate U-Haul issue. The charges should be more clear on what is expected of the U-Haul, What potential late fees on can incur.
Michelle PEverything was great the owner Dax was wonderful!
Emily MThe guy was very helpful in connecting the trailer and giving updates for the return.
