How U-Haul Reviews WorkThomas was very rude. Said he tried to call and text me but never did. Walked in to drop off truck and he started right in on why didn't I get back to him because he had no room for the truck. Then he charged us over $500 extra when we were told there was no extra charges. (That was taken off my card) glad all conversations are recorded!
Belinda HMy go-to when I need a U-Haul... which can be a few times a year..Always professional and accommodating
BRUCE GAlways very helpful! Thank you!!
Jennifer HIt was raining and the rucks were parked so close together we had to move it to take photos. The parking lot was empty. It would have been nice to have the truck moved to the parking lot where it would have been more accessible in the rain and for the required photos.
