The gentleman was very nice. Let me leave my car behind his fence. Unfortunately the truck that I rented listed the fuel as FULL. The way the gauge was, it appeared to be full as the indicator was at the top of the first block near the "F". Come to find out when filling the truck before return, the indicator goes all the way to the "F". Consequently, I had to put in almost 14 gallons to travel 70 miles. That was about 5 mpg and I was overcharged by $25-$30 for this error. I brought this to the attention of the gentleman and he appeared genuinely concerned, took my picture of the trip odometer and the fuel receipt, took my contact information and said he would get back to me. That was more than two weeks ago. The number listed for the location goes unanswered. ALWAYS take a picture of the existing truck damage and the mileage and fuel indicator regardless of what's on the report. Unfortunately, all the Uhaul folks can't always be trusted to be honest. One should be able to trust the equipment and the employees.

Leila ZWelcoming was bad. Agent tried to force insurance on me whereas I told him I declined. He imposed tax on me even though I told him I was tax exempt. He was very umprofessional. Whike consucting my transaction, he stoppes to take care of other clients. He was also arguing with me back and forth. Not a good customer service pit.
