Richard TI did not realize until I was well on the road that there was an issue with the left wheel of the trailer- the tire itself had a concave section that resulted in a bump-bump-bump torque rising experience at low speeds, and a steady rattle at higher speeds. One of the door latches had a bolt missing, and while en route the entire clasp fell off on the road somewhere, probably in Pennsylvania. This was a result of the rattling wheel. The result was the door was not fully compressed and items got wet inside the trailer during a heavy rain. We had them protected anyway, so nothing was ruined, but I suspect they would've been mostly dry if the wheel issue hadn't knocked off the clasp receiver. In spite of that, there is huge availability at this location of all sorts of trailers, and they are truly needed in this area of NJ. I would still highly recommend the location because the owners are excellent people. I'm certain, if I had time to adjust, they would've made this right before I even got on the road. The issue is I had a deadline to meet and couldn't stop for issues unless it was something truly critical, like a flat tire.
Joshua TProbably the best U-Haul authorized dealer in Washington. Trucks are always clean. Lots usually full so you can get what you need, the lady in there I think Stephanie is her name. She's super nice. Will take care of you. You'll be in and out of there. If you need pads or dollies they have those there too. Definitely your place to go to grab a U-Haul
Sean LThe ease of renting the truck and the furniture pads was very good. I would definitely recommend renting from this location. The truck that we rented did need to have the exhaust system checked. It was very noisy.
