How U-Haul Reviews WorkI had a the best experience I have ever had at any uhaul rental. Quick, clear, and concise information. A nice cliff notes tutorial (which was all I wanted) and I was able to get on my way to get moving in the short time I had between my 2 jobs. Drop off was the same, he got me in and out of there very quickly and I really really appreciate it. I will be using this location for my next rental. I’m very happy with my experience! Highly recommend.
Ruth IKokomoz was great to work with and they were happy to answer all my questions. The truck was in excellent condition. I picked the truck up after Kokomoz was closed so I had to use the U-Haul app for pickup. Unfortunately the U-Haul mobile app didn't work for me. Fortunately, I had brought with me the U-Haul Customer Service telephone number. Eventually, I got connected to U-Haul Truckshare and a very nice person worked me thru entire contract and pickup process using their website. We also could not add an extra driver using the mobile app. My additional driver could not upload photos of his license using the mobile app. Another phone call and some back door process led to success. The mobile app needs a lot of work, but I have to say the overall rental was very cost effective and the U-Haul support people were excellent. Overall an excellent experience.
