How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe facility lacks proper parking of the trucks. Trucks were parked on unmarked, curbside, on the lawn. As a Customer, taking truck out to the road is unsafe and need another person's assistance behind the truck to safely back out. Same, when returning the truck, there is no marked parking; the only option is to over the curb, on to the grass on to an empty lawn space and not a designated parking space.

In the 15 minutes it took me to drive on arrival my vehicle was clean, set and ready to. The even had it running to cool down the cab with the a/c on a very hot day
