How U-Haul Reviews WorkI had a great experience with U-Haul! Shelly and her staff were so kind, helpful, and comforting throughout the entire process. They made everything so easy and smooth, and I truly appreciate how welcoming they were. Highly recommend!

lorie mNo one was unpleasant. It’s just that there is a general lack of knowledge and service. Guys getting me equipment and accessing gated area are callous and seeming looking for tips without service that would warrant.
William SThe mobile check-out process was terrible. The app didn’t work properly. I had to call customer service several times for assistance. The location, the vehicle and the staff that checked me in when I returned the vehicle were great. However, the mobile checkout process needs a lot of work. I would not recommend using the mobile checkout.
