Pickup was a mess, app didn’t work properly, keys were not where the app said they were. On drop off I was charged an additional $21~ for “fuel consumption” which I was not aware I would be charged for before hand and did not have funds to pay. I planned on paying that with my next check as I selected the “pay another way” option (which did not give me any additional information and just moved on to the next screen) and have since received notification that I owe an additional $30 for being too poor to pay the $21~ immediately. I am now ashamed I’m too poor to afford $20 more than I expected and unable to pay off my balance out of my next check because I can’t afford $51~ on top of the bills due. I will never use U-Haul again and will certainly make sure to recommend against it.

david mThe truck had a leak in the ceiling in the back left. It was pouring down rain and I had things get ruined because they got wet inside the truck. There was pools of water in there. Other than that it was fine.
