I’m disgusted with this overall rental experience. Uhaul changed my pickup location without telling me. I wrote down when I originally made reservation. I picked a spot that was close to apartment. U-Haul changed to a location 20 min from apartment. Then was told location closed at 7. We got there at 4:30 to find it it closed at 3. Then sat on hold forever to wait for them to change to 24/7 pickup. Totally ridiculous.
