The truck windshield was loaded with dead bugs, and the inside of the windshield was dirty. It looked like somebody had opened a soda can or something on the inside there was still dirty in the inside of the windshield. I was supposed to have furniture, blankets and a handtruck in the truck. When I picked it up there were the blankets but no handtruck she woman didn’t have a handtruck. I had to buy a hand truck at Home Depot.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI still have not received my credit for turning in the truck with over 1/2 tank of gas even though my contact states I would receive a credit if I turned it in with at least 1/4 of a tank since it had only an 1/8 when we picked it up. You did charge me for extra mileage already but no credit for gas
Glendon HWe did have to put windshield wiper fluid. It was almost empty!
Philip WThe location was out of dollys of any kind.
Mitchell TI rented a van right before closing. The lady working was very friendly and wasn't trying to rush me out. Great customer service.
