Everything was perfectly fine and the customer service was absolutely stellar the only thing I'd recommend to make things easier to simplify the process of getting the uhaul because that was a bit confusing for me to use the website

How U-Haul Reviews WorkWe chose this location because they said they were open on Saturday/Sunday. When my husband arrived Saturday, no one was there and he had no idea where to park. What should have taken 15 minutes took an hour. Very disappointed.
