The drop off location was excellent, however it was too far from my house. I drove right past another drop off location which I wasn't allowed to use.

Mark SThis is a tricky one to answer. This was a dropoff without an attendant. The app was great, there was excellent cell coverage, and it worked very well for me. But the location is a little bit rough looking, and there are no people there. That gives a bit of a strange vibe for the return, and I could imagine that if someone was returning a rental after dark, it would feel a little concerning.
