How U-Haul Reviews WorkThis is a tricky one to answer. This was a dropoff without an attendant. The app was great, there was excellent cell coverage, and it worked very well for me. But the location is a little bit rough looking, and there are no people there. That gives a bit of a strange vibe for the return, and I could imagine that if someone was returning a rental after dark, it would feel a little concerning.

Kim FI have now been waiting one month for someone to call me back after my rental of 226 foot rental trucks on 717. I have called four times and I have been assured each phone call that someone will be contact. This has been the most horrendous experience with the most unprofessional group of people changing my contract after I had already picked up the trucks and then being screamed at by an employee when I was bringing it to the location on my . This is the kind of company that you want to work at.? no connection with the guest to find out the issues? Not only will I not ever use U-Haul services I work in the hospitality field, and I will be telling my story to assure nobody else uses this company.. all it would’ve taken was one person to call me back and this would not have had to go this far. I will actually be calling the Better Business Bureau to try to get compensation for this awful experience and for your lack of any involvement..
Tracy MThe staff were very helpful. I was notified a day before I needed to drop the trailer off instead of 10 miles away … it was now 25 miles away which after having the pick up location changed … I called corporate and they gave me a free day as an accomdatiin which was appreciated.
