The truck itself was a disaster. Door didn’t close all the way so the warning light kept coming on. Had the AC turned all the way up and it was still hot inside. Said tire needed air but store employee said they fixed it and to ignore the light. Employee was nice though. He didn’t charge me for not putting gas in the truck because of the issues listed.

This location had a major setback with people working that did not understand that 1. One-way trips are possible. 2. How to process orders without calling someone else for help. And 3. How to complete the order properly. His lack of knowledge led to him having to put the order in the system from scratch. Then he showed no understanding of the order process which led him to try to charge us double for the tax. When I pointed it out his response was to take it up with customer service!?!? It was only after someone else who worked there showed up that we were able to resolve the issue. Even then, the team there seemed nonchalant about their handling of the issue. Lastly, we found that a tire had been damaged and they failed to find it before giving us the keys. This led to me calling Uhaul customer service for help. That ticket was called in around 6pm and after 2 technicians and 7 or 8 hours, was finally resolved around 1am.

D'ANTHONY Cthe location and staf were great. the truck was in need of repair and should NEVER be on the road. it was missing a headlight, its tires were inflated all over the place 65psi, 72 PSI, 97PSI and 86PSI. (checked and fixed myself (should all be 80). truck needs a serious Alignment. at 50 MPH it ratttled so hard it gave me and my passenger a headache and we were on main 65-70 mph highways. this was Dangerous and totally unacceptable.
