I was charged twice. Once when I picked up the truck and again when I dropped the truck off. In addition I called uhaul before I was ready to drop the truck off and told I could drop the truck at a location in lake elsinore. I went to that place and was told they couldn't take the truck and sent me to another location. They were nice but said they couldn't take a big truck. I went to the next location and had to look around the place to find the person working there. I was charged $171 when I picked up the truck and $174 when I dropped the truck off. The truck itself was fine but I also paid $24 for two dollies that were not in the truck.i want to be reimbursed for the second charge of $174
Jason MThe individual that handled our reservation treated me and my underaged daughter poorly. He was unprofessional and barely answered any questions I had. We felt unsafe at this location, and I’m not sure if it was ethnic related but I didn’t see him treat others the way we were. We also did not get all of our equipment (2 Dollie’s) and I need that to be reflected on our receipt. We will be using the Murrieta location from here on out. Please give praise to the Murrieta location, they are amazing. I love U-Haul but will never utilize the Wildomar location again because of that individual. I will check periodically to make sure we weren’t charged for the missing equipment. Thank you overall for the truck rental.
