Paulette CTruck was filthy inside and out. There was toe nail clippings on the floor!!! Dog hair wrapped around the legs of the front seats. Trash on the floor. The wing mirror was held on with sellotape. The steering wheel was deteriorating so badly it turned my hands black. The horn did not work. The truck had LESS than 1/8th fuel. I returned it with 1/4. Dolly/Hand Trucks were booked but not available, but I was still charged had to chase to have it removed from the hold. The sole purpose was to move heavy furniture; this was essential. This was a MAJOR inconvenience. The truck got the job done, but it was an incredibly unpleasant experience; I will seek alternatives in the future and only use this as an absolute last resort. I'd rather walk the furniture back on a skateboard across 3 days and deal with a lifetime of backache than go through this again, thoroughly disappointed. Would not recommend.
