i had a great experience with this location. i needed the van for a couple of extra days and they were very flexible and accommodating.
Benjamin OCustomer service was horrible , representative was rude and dishonorable . I Was told i was picking up a specific vehicle and the rep decided to leave me an old ford van with little to no gas in it then leaves out the office to take lunch in the middle of my transation . i will never return to this location again .
Lagina WCharged me $80 for a furniture dolly, didn't provide the hand truck I requested in the order, and charged me $20 for failing to FOLD a furniture blanket. Would not recommend using this
