Truck windshield was so dirty. I couldn’t see when I was driving in the cargo light did not work and since I had to use the truck overnight, I had to work with flashlights. I feel like you owe me a huge discount or refund.

Holly SNo signs and no lights on. They told me I could return to any location. I could not. Many would not take the trailer.
Mark WThe truck didnt have a attached Ramp. Which we needed to haul a washer and a dryer. We didnt expect the truck without one and was never told by the uhaul guy nor the rep who booked it. We specifically shared how we were transporting a old washer and dryer etc. Not good. Luckily the recycling center provided my husband with someone. But initially my husband had to try his best to load it without a truck ramp. By the time we realized it, the danville location was closed.
