Allan Bmake sure trucks are ready to go the truck i rented the rear door on the box was very hard to close i had to get a friend to help me open and close door i feel i should get some kind of refund you can contact me if you like

Michael BMy only complaint was with the drop off. We arrived at the location around 11:30, as we were instructed to do, and the entire parking lot - from the back lot where the trucks and trailers were typically parked, to the front customer lot - was full and packed with various sized trucks. I had a 4x8 trailer, and we could not get it to where the other trailers were parked because of how densely packed the bigger trucks were. It seemed as though every customer was told to return their equipment within the same hour window
