Pick up could have been smoother, getting signed in with cashier was interrupted a few times as he had to go wait on other customers purchasing items from the store. A dedicated person to make the reservation go smoother would move this to 5 stars. The Auto Transport that I used is not compatible with my 2019 Dodge Caravan as once on the trailer you cannot open the front doors due to fenders on the trailer. Also the truck smelled like weed.
