Upon renting the truck online, I also reserved some equipment. With a past truck, and equipment rental from the same location, I showed up, only to found out the did not have all the equipment I reserved. As a result of this previous experience , this time I called the day before the day of the rental, only to find out once again they didn't have all the equipment I reserved. If they is going to be the case, what are they not contacting me to advise?

Maggie kThe first car hauler did not have operating taillights. The Uhaul rep suggested we go to a second location for repairs even though he had a brand new trailer there. After discussing he gave us that trailer.
Angela CI had my initial pick up scheduled at pembina location. I went there on time only to know that the equipment is unavailable. I was offered the reservation guarantee and was asked to speak to the agent at Windsor Park. Got the equipment from there an hour later. But when asked about the guarantee he told he can't do anything. I lost plenty of my time and effort because of your mismanagement
