Nothing wrong with this location but my original location was 30 miles away and I don’t own a car because I live in New York City. Terrible. And they didn’t have any of the equipment I paid for like even a dolly because they aren’t a full fledge U Haul. This is on U Haul, not these guys.

Virginia TFine for drop off although the staff present did not have any knowledge of drop box, no paperwork for return when keys dropped off the next day, no clear signage for where to drop keys, fits the purpose for drop off
