My initial booking with Lacie at the 2455 FM 544 location was awesome. She was so helpful, let me drive the different size trucks and made my reservation along with a furniture dolly. A day before my reservation, I received multiple texts asking me to exchange for a larger truck due to need in where I was going, to add a trailer, etc.. When I did not respond, my truck was no longer available at the desired location and I had to go to Wylie East Self Storage. The furniture dolly I reserved was no longer available; I had to drive 5 miles in the opposite direction to go pick one up, and the truck had extremely low gas (only 30 miles until it was empty).

U-Haul Corporate - alert: 1. Google persistently misdirects customers to closed locations in Wylie, despite location operator’s frequent attempts to reset. Needless chaos and delay finding location. Google needs to hear from someone big enough to care about. 2. U-Haul iPhone app needs help. Crashed, even after I enabled precise location and paused VPN.
Finn SI rented two trucks, both within a weeks time, two separate locations, and NEITHER time at either location did I get the appliance dolly that I ordered. The amount of time and fuel I wasted is very disappointing to me, I use to never have an issue with Uhaul and now I’m willing to pay the higher prices at Hertz or Penske just in o der to get what I need when it’s the most important.

John LI did a very late afternoon hours drop off due to the mishaps of the Pickup location 5 hrs away, so I didn’t deal with anyone in person here, but it was pleasantly close to my new house making it very nice!
