I rented two trucks, both within a weeks time, two separate locations, and NEITHER time at either location did I get the appliance dolly that I ordered. The amount of time and fuel I wasted is very disappointing to me, I use to never have an issue with Uhaul and now I’m willing to pay the higher prices at Hertz or Penske just in o der to get what I need when it’s the most important.

Nothing all wss great
John LI did a very late afternoon hours drop off due to the mishaps of the Pickup location 5 hrs away, so I didn’t deal with anyone in person here, but it was pleasantly close to my new house making it very nice!
