I was supposed to pick up my uhaul at a different location but got a call that morning saying there was an emergency and they had to change where I would pick the uhaul up. They said they would text me the new address. When I received the text it said "1511 E FM 544 Wylie, TX 75098". The name "Wylie East Self Storage" was NOT provided. The issue is when you type "1511 E FM 544" into GPS it sends you to a completely differently location where a uhaul facility is not located. I even clicked the map link provided in the text and it still brought me to a location where there was no uhaul. I didn't have a contact number so I called the 1-800 number and had to go through all the automated messages before I got to a real person. I explained the situation and they informed me that it was "Wylie East Self Storage" where I could pick up the uhaul. Using that name in my GPS it showed a location approximately 10 minutes away from where the GPS originally brought me. Other than the frustration surrounding picking up the uahul, once we were at the right pick-up location everything went smoothly and there were no issues with the truck during the moving process.

Scott hMy initial booking with Lacie at the 2455 FM 544 location was awesome. She was so helpful, let me drive the different size trucks and made my reservation along with a furniture dolly. A day before my reservation, I received multiple texts asking me to exchange for a larger truck due to need in where I was going, to add a trailer, etc.. When I did not respond, my truck was no longer available at the desired location and I had to go to Wylie East Self Storage. The furniture dolly I reserved was no longer available; I had to drive 5 miles in the opposite direction to go pick one up, and the truck had extremely low gas (only 30 miles until it was empty).
