It was very unsafe. Driver door would close all the way entire ride. I was over charged. I was charge for $30.00 for protection which I Clearly denied. The engine sounded like is was going to blow up entire ride. Not happy with rental at all.

JASON KNo information of how to check in. The customer service person took the keys and walked off. I received no information on the next steps. After waiting for 15 minutes to see if I needed to do anything else, I tracked the customer service person down and asked. He answered “no, nothing else”. There was no information given. Not friendly. Not informational. Not helpful. Rude.
