A and S were awesome. U-Haul on the other hand changed my reservation less than 24 hours before pickup. They made me drive an hour for pickup and then I couldn’t pick up. I had to drive it again in the morning. When they changed my reservation, they said there were mats and dollies at the pick up place. No mats at all and a broken furniture dolly. Very disappointing. We were given $50 but that didn’t our has and our time.
