Will NOT be using your self check in again. Will go to manned facility on Capital Blvd Raleigh. 45 minute process to drive away. Used link that you texted me. It knew that I arrived 17 minutes after my 9AM pick up time. Did NOT know my address, even though I had filled in 2 days prior when I gave my CC info. Had added in Safe Move and insurance, 2 items I had deleted from my reservation. Chat with an agent not very helpful, and very time consuming. Type in question, wait 2 or 3 minutes, 1 agent assists. Type response, wait 2 or 3 more minutes, different agent tries to help. Self return much easier, but getting out of there when we were already in a hurry was very frustrating.

I paid for moving blankets and there were no blankets when I picked up the truck. No one has refunded me for this. I called the local pickup location prior to my move and no one was there or answered the phone. My new furniture got damaged due to this.

David CU-Haul should STOP the process of putting dollies in their trucks when not requested. It is placed in a VERLY INCONVENIENT location and cable tied. If you remove the tie, you are charged $7.00. If you don't cut the tie, you bang your ankle, hit your side on the dolly, trip over it, and end up injured! Lastly, it takes up valuable hauling space! PLEASE STOP!!!!
