While picking up the reserved truck, the app kept giving me issues that added 30 minutes to the process, and then when I was finally done, it subbed in the incorrect truck size. The app needed someone else's phone to verify, and it would text them that they would receive a call but then never call. This would cause the pickup process to fail and there was no option to restart. After 30 minutes of trying different things, it finally went through and gave me a 15' truck instead of the 20' that was on my reservation.

Rance WU-Haul representative Andy at Mitchell’s food mart was very nice and efficient. Helped me switch from a 20’ to a 15’ truck. Everything went fine with the truck, returned it in less than 2 hours and only put 24.3 miles on the truck. When you have a credit card on file they bill you after you leave. Again I only drove 24.3 miles and Andy charged me for 10 gallons of gas. Total scam. They don’t answer the phone nor return phone calls. Never rent from Mitchell’s food mart.

Clyde BThe entire process is not user-friendly. Pick up took 20 minutes longer than it should have. That was after waiting for another customer of which it took 30 minutes for them to complete their pick up. The problems were on the U-Haul side with the application used by the service provider.
