U-Haul representative Andy at Mitchell’s food mart was very nice and efficient. Helped me switch from a 20’ to a 15’ truck. Everything went fine with the truck, returned it in less than 2 hours and only put 24.3 miles on the truck. When you have a credit card on file they bill you after you leave. Again I only drove 24.3 miles and Andy charged me for 10 gallons of gas. Total scam. They don’t answer the phone nor return phone calls. Never rent from Mitchell’s food mart.

They had what we needed and we got the job done!
Clyde BThe entire process is not user-friendly. Pick up took 20 minutes longer than it should have. That was after waiting for another customer of which it took 30 minutes for them to complete their pick up. The problems were on the U-Haul side with the application used by the service provider.
