We were told from pick-up location that we could drop off trailer at any U-Haul location close to our destination. We had to go to 4 locations & had to travel a good distance before anyone would accept the trailer for return. Very disappointed in the attitude of the personnel that would not accept the trailer. Very disappointed in that regard.
