I paid my storage fee on time and then a couple days later I decided to move out the storage units early thought maybe I would get some of my storage fee back But I will definitely not getting no refund back, So now I have a two storage’s units paid for.234 down the drain. So I’m very upset abt that. this time around the customer service was awful when I returned the truck. One of the employees was so unprofessional about a misunderstanding and plus when I made order to use a truck I did not know a utility dolly goes with the truck so I purchased another dolly for $10 so I feel like the employee should’ve told me that a dolly comes with the truck the third problem I had when I returned the truck. A staff member notice that it was one dolly not too, so he just went on the rampage about if I don’t have that dolly back they was gonna call and bug me every day until I return the dolly so come to find out my son. Left the dolly in the storage area and the janitor took the dolly out of the storage area. Once we got the third dolly he would not tell me how much I was getting put back on my card. He was very unprofessional so when I get a chance, I am gonna go into U-Haul and talk to Martin in San Antonio so right now I’m not pleased with the U-Haul on Grissom road
Bertha C | Overall ExperienceMy storage unit was broken into and had thousands of dollars stole from me people look like they live in units and I honestly think staff broke it open they don’t look trust worthy at all and played dumb when my unit was broken into and didn’t want to look at camera footage tells me all I need to know about this place and I am making sure nobody in my family ever uses uhaul service again and community making sure they know about how horrible this facility is Being a big name brand company made me feel a little secure but after what happens to me and no help from management just makes this company look even more horrible That staff over there on Grissom is not a good staff and I was not even in unit 3 weeks and this happens to me You lost a customer and his family’s business for life because nobody wants to to help

FELIPE S | Overall ExperienceThe indoor units offer extra layer of security. Rental and turn in is seamless at this location vs Eckert(high traffic and limited space) for example. No complaints and will use again if needed.
