In all honesty, my only complaint is the price of the storage. It was really high to me. Thank you for keeping my things when I needed it most.

Constantly finding roaches inside unit dead and alive, price gauging customer why is the rate being increased again? Every 6 months it's a price increase. I found large unit 10× 15 less money and brand new closer to my home. STOP GOING UP ON YOUR PRICES TIMES ARE EXTRELY HARD FOR MOST AND STORAGE SHOYLD NOT THAT HIGH IN PRICE.

I offered to sweep up glass from a broken picture frame during my move out. Julian I believe is his now offered to clean it up instead. Mary was very nice and again the RR so soooo clean!
