My problem was not with the facility. But the agents on the ealert team. Worst customer service I have experienced by more than one employee very dissatisfied and will not use company again

Renea W | First ImpressionsI was charged for returning the U-Haul to the wrong facility when I mentioned that this wasn’t the facility I had brought it from and they was okay with it never mentioned a charge , the lady even told me I could take it to another one and I also offered to come back and take it to another one. I am so frustrated because that was not money I had to spend at all my feelings are literally hurt.

It looked beat up and abandoned—more like someone’s basement with large bate boxes for rats. I was not thrilled with the appearance and may start looking for another storage option. Additionally, the online listing was misleading about the size of the units versus what can realistically be stored inside. I expected more based on the price and the description.

JESSICA M | Overall ExperienceGiven that this building is very old, it was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. With the history of using your trucks and facilities in different states over the years, I only recommend these products at certain locations, This location should upgrade to better truck repair and upkeep maintenance for older trucks. I brought back a brand new truck in 2024 at the loss of another state Uhaul location because of being stranded with a very poorly maintenanced truck from this location. Outside of that, things turned out good and worked out. I will continue use of Uhaul for my needs.
Deena C | Overall ExperienceI stored a sectional sofa there until I could sell it. When the first potential buyer came to veiw the set, he pointed out a dead rodent on the ground, inside of the unit! Disgusting and embarrassing even for a basement unit. We called and the staff were kind and offered to meet us there to remove it during business hours.
