Tooooo Expensive & continuously raising the rent is extortion & unnecessary. No need to ease the rent in a storage unit! There were no upgrades nothing done to benefit the consumer so it’s just taking advantage of good people

Renea W | First ImpressionsI was charged for returning the U-Haul to the wrong facility when I mentioned that this wasn’t the facility I had brought it from and they was okay with it never mentioned a charge , the lady even told me I could take it to another one and I also offered to come back and take it to another one. I am so frustrated because that was not money I had to spend at all my feelings are literally hurt.

It looked beat up and abandoned—more like someone’s basement with large bate boxes for rats. I was not thrilled with the appearance and may start looking for another storage option. Additionally, the online listing was misleading about the size of the units versus what can realistically be stored inside. I expected more based on the price and the description.
