The site was no longer staffed. They raised the rent on me right after I moved in. Employees at the nearest location were generally too preoccupied to help me. Confusions with my debit card led to several late fees.

So I guess it could say it was clean in that there wasn't a lot of trash & grass area appeared well maintained, but when I think of the mice droppings in my unit around my personal items it's hard to say yes to this question.

Ended up being charged late fees but this was resolved by the office staff quickly. It's funny to me that this survey doesn't mention the app which is the only thing that caused trouble
