kyle b | Overall ExperienceI was charged for a free monthly rental . i adked to have the pmnt reversed and they said no. i did not go to the unit n notified them i no longer wanted the unit and still have not been refunded the $145.00 that was taken from my account. im cirrently moving out, to another facility, the other two units i had rented for 6 months now, so i would npt rent from here again ...they are rude and hateful people...
