ruby c. | Overall ExperienceNo respect when it comes to disparities between different U-Haul facilities. As a as a disabled individual this management on Homer Adams parkway U-Haul expected me to crawl down on the ground to unload my car dolly for $20 are they going to hold my car hostage and not allow me to check in. Whereas I didn't have a problem with the u-haul staff in Radcliff Kentucky loading my car where is this discrepancy coming from in the same U-Haul company where you hold disabled people hostage.

He goes way beyond for everyone making sure they are fully taken care of ( rare to see these days ) if I owned a business I would be trying to take him away from you , I hope that the company sees the potential in him that I do and pulls him up the ladder ( he truly deserves it !! )
