Sarah B | First ImpressionsThere was oil dry all over the concrete in front of the unit door that had turned to mud I had to scrap off with a shovel not to track inside to be able to load bit still did somewhat, the unit unit was not clean inside. 1st unit assigned was locked and they had to switch to a different one. it was the only one available in that size or I would of asked for a different one because of the mess out side the units door

Ann W | First ImpressionsWhen you pay for your unit and you move out they don't prorate your cost for the month. They just take your money, then the money for the rest of the month is gone. The unit can be rented again which means they make double the money for that unit. I will never use uhaul again for my storage needs
JUSTIN V | Overall ExperienceIt was fine when it was cube smart Once uhaul bought it….. Prices kept going up, changed out door before we got there, even though we were supposed to meet up first, nobody on site as they took out office, hard to get through to anyone, online was not user friendly and I could never get logged in, so many rules, most the time-parking lot was being ‘repaired’ in multiple locations so u couldn’t get to your unit, costs weren’t worth all the inconveniences. Would NOT recommend uhaul owned unit!
