I have consulted with an attorney regarding this… This must be some kind of cruel joke sending me a survey for a storage move out when I did not move out. Why was I not allowed to pay both of my storage unit bills and keep my belongings? I was lied to by the corporate office and now I’ve been robbed of my belongings through some “internet auction sale”. I received a sale receipt for both of my storage units which were time and date stamped after I spoke to the corporate office and was told I could pay my storage bill to reconcile the accounts. Now I’ve lost everything and nobody’s answering the phone… but I got sale receipts and this survey.

KATHY J | Overall ExperienceThe uhaul main building was clean and well maintained, but the storage unit was not fully clean and I had to sweep it out due to bugs and left over trash from previous user. Also, I was told the units were climate controlled but I don't think having an open ceiling in the storage counts as climate control.
