Manager needs to go back to training or replace her. Attitude is extremely nasty and very unprofessional. She lied on me a few times then sent messages to her boss saying to contacted me when some of the calls to me were never made. The other workers were fine but that manager needs to go. I wasn’t the only one who has issues with her a few times

Taylor B | Overall ExperienceAwesome storage center, well secured and temperature controlled units. I stored a car for several years without issue, both outside on their lot and in a container. I also had a storage room that I used for about 16 years and never had an issue with my property. Only downside was they constantly raised their rates which ultimately encourage me to finally recover my property and close the account. Nothing but positives with the location except the rates.
