Poor in person face to face customer service from desk agent at move in.Agent had a rather disrespectful attitude. He would not speak clearly or slowly even after I informed him that I was hard of hearing. He did not listen carefully and he made several errors on data entry on registration form three times and could not seem to correct it. Very poor attitude. Poor explanation of procedures UHAUL could do better in their customer relations on site at this location. I was very disappointed, especially since I have been a customer and renter for 20 years at this location. .

Worst Experience!!! I don’t know if they have someone new at the counter but for he mapped and he told me my storage unit was A207. I get to the storage unit. It belongs to someone else it took me 40 minutes to find, just for me to go into the U-Haul app and it says my storage unit was B322. I get to that unit. It wasn’t even a storage unit. It looks like a little cubby Due to that I had to take my belongings that were in the U-Haul back home because the two units assigned to me were already assigned to someone else I could’ve dropped off the U-Haul that day, but I had to come back due to the fact that I was assigned two wrong units. They charged me for the mileage, which could’ve been avoided if they would’ve got my units right the first time also I had to pay movers to come back out again to unload my belongings a second day because they couldn’t get it right the first time, I overall don’t recommend this location.
