Joann N | First ImpressionsI know miss placing our keys are our responsibility but going into this unknown situation I felt like I was being screwed and provided with no help as a customer for years and never causing an issue that uhaul should have assist me in my need..it was an emergency to get my belongs on this day ..Or at least having a contract with locksmith In the area with a fee that is reasonable..finding one in this area and availability was a challenge and very overwhelming...and hours missed ...other than this I appreciate uhaul for the storage ...
