Only suggestion is that it would be nice to have lighting in the storage locker itself. Otherwise nice and clean and easy access. Employees were wonderful and friendly. Very helpful!

While the facility was clean it was disconcerting that the back door security lock would not disengage, nor would it work for the attendant at the facility. Then the loading door would not open. The attendant also tried but it was clearly also not operational at that time. She did write a note to advise the manager of our problems that day. Hopefully the next trip to our unit will go more smoothly.

I was informed on May 28, 2024, it was an error and the unit next to me moved out. Informed they will fix the issue. Sent emails that I'm vacating and surveys. But don’t see no emails they’ve fixed the mistake they’ve made! Just an FYI- if I’m moving out I’m going in person to notify them! Really disappointed that this issue was corrected as of May 29, 2024. This issue needs to be fixed, for what I’m paying for an over priced unit with no lighting to see inside the unit to store items properly.
