The staff is always friendly and accommodating. I had a storage shed there for ten years and I never had a problem. The staff was consistently attentive and the place was always clean. I highly recommend this facility to others!

Austin R | Overall ExperienceGreat overall. 3 issues I had, none critical. 1. On app move in it showed my first month as free. But in reservation info it showed $180 due at move in. Should be consistent. 2. I did not realize I would have a lock waiting inside the unit. So I bought my own. Wasted a few dollars. 3. On the way out it said I would need to check out or risk losing access. But nobody was there to check me out. When I went inside they said checkout was not needed. All 3 are just about improving communication. But low impact to me.
Terry F | Online Move InThe staff was extremely helpful, professional and courteous. Everything is clean inside and out. Our unit is nice and right by the elevator. The only issue we had was the AC was not working in our section so it was very very warm. It was over 93 degrees as shown on the indoor thermometer by the elevator. It made loading the 25’ unit less comfortable than it could’ve been with proper AC. The staff said they hoped to have it repaired over the weekend. We moved in on Monday so that’s another 5 days with no AC in climate controlled storage. Texas is hot! That was out of their control and I’m sure they are just having to wait on the repairman. I went ahead and gave 5 stars anyways. I’ll need another smaller unit for additional items later this week and I hope it’s already fixed. If not it’s going to be another uncomfortable unloading :/
