Super easy process
JEFFREY V. | First ImpressionsIt would be nice to have a vehicle turn in location at the same place as the storage, and a keypad entrance for exiting at all gates, and more flat bed carts for loading and unloading.

Joe P. | Overall ExperienceWe found our Uhaul facility to be safe and clean. Front desk was helpful and friendly. Upon checking out I was so hot and thirsty. I asked if they sold drinks in the lobby. Which they did not. The young man replied I got you! And gave me a cold water. Care and kindness for others is very appreciated. Thank you
sherry k. | Overall ExperienceSo many problems. 1- when we moved in, the unit they gave me was locked with someone else’s lock. They said they did not know why it was locked but did not have any more that size so I had to move up a size and they would not discount it down. I had to pay for the higher unit due to their mistake. 2- the front gate was broken multiple times during the 3 months we had a unit. 3 - the clicker they gave me only opened the main gate and when broken, I could not access my unit 4 - the AC unit was constantly off due to it being old or broken or both so our AC controlled unit only AC controlled half the time 5 - The AC unit broke real bad one time and flooded my whole unit and since I didn’t pay extra for their insurance, all my stuff on the ground and valuables in boxes were ruined. We lost all our books, art, documents and personal items that should have been safe. 6 - they raised their rate mid month and instead of offering a different unit or a way to keep rent the same, they just said either pay or be locked out. Do not recommend
