I wanted to take a moment to recognize Pamela, the GM, and Troy for the excellent service they provided. We are downsizing from a 2,500-square-foot home to a place about half the size, so we are dealing with a lot at once. Some things are being moved, some are being donated or thrown away, and some we still want to keep. Pamela took the time to clearly explain our storage options, what typical storage units cost, what hidden fees to watch for, and how U-Haul compares to other storage companies. There was no pressure, no upselling, and no sales gimmick. Just clear answers and practical solutions. The facility itself is top notch. The storage unit is climate-controlled, extremely clean, affordable, and does not require a long-term contract. One of the biggest things that stood out to me was the guaranteed rate with no price increase for one year. While researching other storage companies, I saw a lot of reviews mentioning teaser rates that increased only a few months later, sometimes by as much as 50%. With Pamela and her team, I feel like I do not have to worry about that. Pamela and Troy made a stressful situation much easier. They were professional, helpful, honest, and easy to work with.
