Pat L | Overall ExperienceAccess to climate controlled via hundreds of feet hallway to a 32” door was a non-starter. Closed-door signal malfunction on day one was disconcerting. Fixed but didn’t notify. Rat infestation left me with kicking a carcass out into the driveway, where it remained for weeks—still there during move out. No willingness to credit the few days remaining as consolation. An obvious corporate control? Never again.

Edna R | Overall ExperiencePrepaid for my unit, when I arrived it was locked up and employees would not help because I did not arrive sufficiently before close. When I made and paid for the reservation there was no note that I had to arrive 30 minutes before close, it said that the unit would be fully ready when I arrived. I had to get a new unit thru a different company and still have not received a refund.
