Pat L | Overall ExperienceAccess to climate controlled via hundreds of feet hallway to a 32” door was a non-starter. Closed-door signal malfunction on day one was disconcerting. Fixed but didn’t notify. Rat infestation left me with kicking a carcass out into the driveway, where it remained for weeks—still there during move out. No willingness to credit the few days remaining as consolation. An obvious corporate control? Never again.
