Staff was friendly and helpful, and easily accommodated our request for a larger unit when we arrived. Turn-in and checkout were both a breeze, and our storage unit felt very secure. The facility is very tight and sloped, however, and the climate-controlled storage is only accessible via a 48 inch high loading dock or stairs, which makes moving heavy objects and motorcycles into it extremely difficult.
