The owner is very helpful, reasonable, and provides options that empower you to make your tenure there pleasant. Great experience, especially during a time of loss for our church family this past May. We were able to preserve the dignity of one of our elder's life through the gentle kindness of the owner-which allowed us to gather pictures and special keepsakes, which would have otherwise been lost

I’m sorry but I don’t think I would recommend only because a lot of my stuff was molded and some did not work but my stuff been in their for a year and I really did not know what to expect. Hopefully the money I put in for extra insurance would surface what I lost

Damion W | Overall ExperienceThe Florida Ave location is promoted as climate controlled but it really should not be. The humidity in Baton Rouge is extreme and constant. If I would have had to store my stuff longer I would have moved it to another facility. There is no 24 hours access which was frustrating.

I was given a smaller unit. Staff were helpful as much as they could but the overall experience was disappointing.
