Initially I would have given all starts, however after visiting the unit one morning to collect some of my things I was surprised to find a creepy crawly on some of my things. I immediately tried to shake it off then I found and emptied the entire box of mothballs in and around the rest of my thito try to combat the issue. Needless to say I treated what I did take from the unit. other than that I'd say for an outside unit there were no problems or issues with the place or unit. Well you may have to reapply the installation in the ceiling that feel down. Understandable give the climate fluctuations.
