When we first rented the storage space it was in my son name. We all live out of town and recently had to put my mother in a nursing home. I called and spoke with a young man name Ryan. He was so professional and helpful, and was able to set up automatic payment and switch the account to my name all over the phone. Because I live in Shreveport. Thank you Ryan, great job.

It was high to begin with and without any added value to me or really any additional expenses to speak of on your end, you went up up up. this really is theft. Looking at market conditions, changes in service valuations, even making excuses like inflation, all those techniques to justify this type of theft is abhorrent.

These two ladies at this location in Beaumont, Texas made my U-Haul truck and storage unit experience so smooth, quick, easy and unforgettable because my day was extremely hectic and chaotic!!! The general manager would not pro-rate and give me some of the rent back. They should help out people that don't make a lot of money from work. I had moved into a place and could have used the extra money back for groceries.
