How U-Haul Reviews WorkEverything went great with this location. Tara was always super helpful. However, Brad at this location was down right disrespectful. He scolded me for parking in the wrong spot. After he brought to my attention. My dad went to move my vehicle, and yet Brad wanted to continue to banter. Pretty uncomfortable that he kept going, so much so that Tara apologized for his behavior. I have always been kind to the staff here, even brought donuts one day. Brad is not a good representative of service for U-Haul. If you don’t like your job- maybe it’s time to find something else. Thanks Tara for always being kind. Brad- maybe find a job you don’t have to assist humans. Being kind is free.
