Could not find how to turn on interior light to storage unit. This was my only issue but would use this storage again if needed
JANICE A | Overall ExperienceMarge was amazing and helpful. The others not so much. The tall man (not a gentleman) yelled at customers for parking in front. There are no signs helping customers find parking. He also yelled at me for going in the wrong direction when exiting. The arrows direct you in the wrong direction. He is the reason I would not recommend this U-Haul.
JANICE A | First ImpressionsPoor customer service. Employees very confrontational. Very inconvenient with the uhauls parked wherever they want even in front of storage units. Uhauls always blocking the parking lot so you have to go out the enter to leave or wait behind the uhaul that are being inspected from return. Which is unsafe and is going to cause an accident. Random people walking the grounds with dogs off leash. All of this amd more plus rate increase 3 times in the last year. I will never use this storage again

Madrona M | First ImpressionsRear gate is not only broken, it is non-existant. So, this is not at all a secure property at the moment and that is very concerning. Plus it is not what I'm paying for. WHY have you not moved a truck in front of that wide-open gate? Doesn't seem like rocket science to me. It DOES seem like you are putting your profit (of keeping all trucks "rentable") ahead of the security of your patrons and the property they have stored with you. The property they are paying you to properly protect. AS PER THE CONTRACT. This is NOT right and rental prices should be adjusted for the time that our units are not being secured behind locked fencing. ALSO, clients should have been notified of this issue and alerted to the fact that the site is NOT secure at the moment. This is a large breach of contract on U-Haul's part.

jermaine b | Overall ExperienceThere should be a light in the storeroom..the rates are outrageously high. 2 years ago I paid 120 for a 10x20 ! I paid 209 for a 10x10. Rates need to be affordable not so high you cannot store with SOME comfort of availability. Coming into storeroom from a towed rental was a nightmare, most everything I own was cracked broken and scratched. Uhaul movers and insurance purchased, thru the gorge 90 miles an hour winds almost took me off the road and killed, I drove like a professional but the severe swaying force was catastrophic and Repwest quickly closed my claim before I even had a chance to inventory and return this to adjuster. I will NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN, I have used uhaul since my cross country move in 1997. I’m EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED WITH THE OLD EQUIPMENT I WAS GIVEN FIR ONEWAY, the movers packing IUN strapped RATES AND I LOST THE QUALITY OF EVERYTHING I BROUGHT BACK WHICH BTW WAS MY LATE BROTHERS ITEMS**** HEARTBROKEN, I will NOT REFER UHAUL FOR ANYTHING AGAIN. Storage facility WAY OVERPRICED AND CLERKS WERE NIT ON SAME PAGE AND INPERSONAL- Shame on Uhaul
