It's so refreshing in this day and age to be greeted with a smile and an actual eagerness to help when you walk into an establishment. I have had a storage unit at this location for years. This is hands-down the BEST storage facility I've rented from. The facility is well-lit, has easy access and is always clean. The gigantic drive-in off-load area is the best in town, and a godsend if the weather is bad. The indoor units are climate controlled - which is also a plus. The staff is always friendly. Alec and Revin (manager and assistant manager) are the sweetest, kindest young men and they always go above and beyond if you need help. I had to move out recently and realized I didn't have my key. Revin offered to drill out and cut my lock off so I didn't have to drive all the way back home to search for the keys. Despite the lock being difficult to remove, and me apologizing for the inconvenience, his genuine smile and friendly attitude never wavered and put this old woman at ease. I highly recommend this location for your storage needs. The facility and the people are top notch. Alec and Revin are role models for how companies should treat their customers!
Michelle G | Overall ExperienceWe wanted a 10 x 20. That’s what was offered in the app. When we got it it was actually two 10 x 10s next to each other BUT there was a solid fixed wall in between them. If we wanted two 10 x 10s we would have asked for it. Then they are actually up a flight of stairs?!? Who does that? Ladtly, it’s a freaking oven inside of the facility. The temperature has never been below 84 degrees at the bottom level. When you go up it’s even worse. I know you have air conditioning units on top of the buildings. You need to use them. It’s so hot and humid in there I’m afraid to look at any of my comics. My access code never worked. Which was fine cause the gated door never needed a code to open it.
LARAMIE M | Overall ExperienceI rate my experience three stars because there was a period where U-Haul was using the storage space I paid for for their own storage of vehicle(s). When I encountered staff they were happy to move the truck they stored there but offered no explanation or refund or payment for stealing my space. I thought that what they did was not treating paying customers fairly.
Mark L | Overall ExperienceThere's one door with a busted handle the manager apparently refuses to fix. Many customers try to access the storage units via that keypad just to find out the handle is coming out of the door and won't turn, rendering that keypad confusing and kinda useless.
