Lori M | Overall ExperienceRachel was excellent to deal with every time i need something. However, last spring my storage locker was leaking and it was “fixed”. When i went to get something from my storage in late March, a lot of my items were covered in water. I have a lot of furniture and as i was looking at, i discovered that a lot of it was covered in mold. I then decided to move my things to a different storage facility as i can’t afford to replace all of my items. I had to throw away a lot of items that were in boxes because they were covered in mold and spent a entire day reboxing and trying to save what i could. I lost a lot of items due to the mold issue. When everything was moved out of the unit, it was clear that the bottom of the storage locker was wet. (I have pictures) Rachel was very understanding about it and again was great to deal with. However, nothing was done about my items that were ruined.
