JOHN B | First ImpressionsThe climate controlled area was really hot, over 80 degrees. That’s not very people friendly. Thanks
Milo S | First ImpressionsEverything was great. The staff are exemplary. Very very helpful. At this U-Haul and the one in Spokane Valley I have had above and beyond service. Great job, U-Haul!
Kristin O | Overall ExperienceThe customer support team was overall very helpful in accommodating us during a stressful time of moving. Based on the customer service alone I give the entire experience of storing at Uhaul the highest rating. Thanks to everyone at this facility particularly Jesse.
Erik A | Overall ExperienceI removed my stuff before the payment was due but got a letter I owe money and can go to collections. Please fix that.
Lavona O | Overall ExperienceAlthough, due to my financial hardship situation/unemployment without eligibility for unemployment insurance, I had to surrender my unit,. The staff were kind and caring. They allowed me access to retrieve what mattered most to me. I would definitely recommend U-Haul to everyone.
paula p | Overall ExperienceOn rare occasion I needed to access my storage unit past the official closing time.
John P | Overall ExperienceEveryone was so helpful and pleasant
Mariluz Q | Overall ExperienceMove out, 6/19/2025, not move in.
claudia e | Overall ExperienceThanks for a great place to store my household goods
Kate N | Overall ExperienceI began my storage contract on May 6. I was charged $128.90 on June 6. I moved out on June 8. So... $128.90 for two days? I just called and was told don't prorate. At all? That is a seriously bad policy. People, like myself, who are in transition, are, um, in transition. A little flexibility on your part, considering your clients are people who are in transition, is warranted. I presumed you prorated. If I had known you didn't, I would have made CERTAIN to be mindful of your policy. When I checked out, I ASKED if I had been charged for the month of June. I was told I had NOT been charged - that the extra day I 'stayed over' was no big deal. THEN, I saw the charge on my credit card. Terrible. Atrocious, quite frankly. Extremely UN-customer-friendly. No, I would DEFINITELY not recommend your business to a friend.
ESTELLE V | Overall ExperienceI would recommend this facility and trucks for moving to all….Great customer service and everything was so simple…These people and this guide meridian facility are 5 star
Cari J | Overall ExperienceStaff were courteous and accommodating. Thank you.
Elouise Z | Overall ExperienceI brought in a twenty six foot truck to unload and was told to back up to a loading ramp with about 34 feet of room to maneuver in. They had trucks to rent stowed there pinching most of your movability. My wife helped me back into the ramp, but l notice once l got out of truck to view the dock it would be highly risky to unload. The loading dock was built with no consideration of the height of truck. The dock is too high deploy the truck loading ramp. Also, there was forklift guards bolted into edge of the dock that were unmoveable. This left a two wide area that a person had to step down and around to offload boxes, dressers, and other furniture. Carts provided by U-haul could only roll up two feet away from the truck. A single person had a great disadvantage trying to load a heavy box standing two feet with a cart that didn't have wheel locks to keep it from moving. My hand truck couldn't roll onto the back of truck to move things easy and without difficulty. Every piece l put on the truck had to be hand loading across a two foot trip hazard and handed to someone else to put onto a cart. If an OSHA official saw this loading dock he would shut it down and very possible fine U-haul for designing such a faulty dock. It took nearly three times as long to offload the truck as to load it. I'm going to hate when l come back to move my stuff out! It's going to take me at least three days to recover from such an awful experience!
