I found the facility nearly perfect in terms of condition and functionality. Upon check in months ago, I sensed a coldness and sense of indifference and if my people skills have not failed me, it even felt like distain. Nothing went wrong that might have caused this un-welcome. It left me feeling sad as I always work to make my encounters virtuous. Sadly my checkout yesterday was more of the same. If you were to ask my personal opinion, I'd say your staff is demoralized. I'll leave it at that! P.S. this is the first negative review I've given in over ten years.
