Savannah Yazzolino treated me so well! I am disabled and was moving quick... My house sold quicker than I thought and Savannah got me into a perfectly sized storage unit for 2 months. She did not try to upsell or be pushy in any way. She was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend and of my friends or family to contact her if they needed any Uhaul related stuff / storeage. She was so great, I rented the moving truck from her facility also. Uhaul should hire more people like Savannah.

Inger L | Overall ExperienceThe staff was always helpful and friendly. Access was almost always easy except when semi trucks were unloading and they are working to fix that. Savannah helped me the most often and she was always happy, friendly helpful and polite. She is an ideal customer service employee.
David S | Overall ExperienceI've had no major issues with the storage unit. The lighting isn't the best in the unit itself and I had the unit on the far side with hardly any lighting by it. Plus with the construction going on blocked easy access to it but Savanna helped me move the moving truck to my unit &has always been super helpful! ..I would have kept and left the few things i had in my unit but when I was notified of the price being raised I decided to pull them out. I just can't afford to keep the unit so I decided to get rid of the few things I had left in the storage. I think if I ever get another storage I'll look for a heated unit because some of my things got ruined by mold or just from being stored in it. Thanks for all the help this was my first time using a storage unit! Btw The outside can use a leaf blower lol there was a big pile of leafs by my unit 😄
