Poor customer service
SABRINA W | Online Move InI did not move out on the 17th I moved out on the 10th & called on the 11th which I have called numerous times to let staff know I hope I’m not being charged for this since yall waited so long
Destynee A | Overall ExperienceThe app was a little annoying. It wasn't finding my location in the first place to pick up the U-Haul. Then the app sent me the wrong access code to the gate so I had to drive over to the U-Haul customer service offices. Were the very nice lady said its not the first time. Got the right code. Everything was smooth from there nice clean unit neat loft area as well.

Earl R | First ImpressionsToo many transients around this facility, day or night. Made it hard to want to go inside for fear of them coming in. Also there were WAY too many mice that ruined so much of my items. Apparently the closed doors don't keep them out
