The app was a little annoying. It wasn't finding my location in the first place to pick up the U-Haul. Then the app sent me the wrong access code to the gate so I had to drive over to the U-Haul customer service offices. Were the very nice lady said its not the first time. Got the right code. Everything was smooth from there nice clean unit neat loft area as well.
