Also we were supposed to do the trailer return at another location and he was able to change it to drop off at the storage location which was a most welcome respite after several long days loading moving and unloading. He was truly fantastic.

ANTHONY M | Overall ExperienceAlarm still went off even after putting the code in. The 3rd floor smells like sewage
Taren Z | Online Move InI arrived and went to the office for instruction on how to proceed, office was open and unlocked but not occupied. Waited for a few then moved on to see if I could figure out how to proceed on my own. Noticed multiple keypads by the building entrances, tried my code on one, it said I was not checked in. Approached sliding door and it opened, I entered, found my unit, removed ready tag and opened the door which set off an alarm. Returned to office, still no one there. Went back and tried my code again, still not checked in. Opened unit again, alarm sounded. Found an intercom inside, pressed button and waited. It appeared to ring a number but received no answer, then it sounded like it tried a different number, a young woman responded. She wanted to help but said she had no other contact number for this location. Told her I had set alarms off. She said it was ok and I could move my things in. Went outside and tried my code on a different keypad, this one told me I was checked in. While moving my belongings in a man exited the elevator, walked past me without so much as a nod, and went out into the office. I moved my things in and secured the door, and checked out on the keypad I checked in on. I selected no on the clean and maintained choice because two of the three overhead doors to drive in were labeled out of order: i imagine I will be looking for storage alternatives in the near future.

He made sure we knew everything before he left and we are so grateful for his patience and professionalism going above and beyond to help a customer.
